Flexible check-in & check-out
Arrive and leave whenever you want. At Doggy's hotel there are no fixed hours: arrivals and departures fit your schedule and your dog's rhythm, day or night, simply by organising with the team.
Priority reserved for stays
Your holidays come first. Hotel stays enjoy a 5% discount when booked 2 months ahead outside peak periods (school holidays).
Complimentary grooming from 15 nights
A dog pampered to the very end of the stay. For any stay of 15 nights or more, a grooming session is included so your dog leaves clean, relaxed and perfectly cared for.

Days at the hotel are structured, while staying flexible and personalised. Example of a daily rhythm:
- Residents are welcomed and their belongings set up in their lockers
- Play and activity time: sniffing, gentle agility, chewing, homemade treats
- Walks (at least three a day)
- Quiet time and rest phases
- New activity time depending on the group's energy
- Doggy's workshops offered once a week
- Preparation for bedtime
- Night in an individual suite or pyjama party, depending on the dog's needs

Vaccinations up to date
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our residents, vaccinations must be up to date (DHPP, kennel cough, leptospirosis. Rabies strongly recommended).
Parasite protection & health status
Regular parasite protection is essential. If your dog is unwell or shows unusual signs, please do not bring them to the hotel. If a health issue is found on site, your dog may be temporarily isolated, in their interest and that of the other residents.
Integration day (required)
Before any first booking (daycare, subscription or hotel), an integration day is required. It takes place at the hotel, without the dog parents, and lets us observe your dog over a full day. Once validated, your dog is officially integrated!

What should I bring for my dog's stay?
Their harness, long lead, food (kibble or meals to keep chilled) and good spirits. The rest is optional (their dog parents' T-shirt, a bed if they're used to it, their favourite treats, etc.).
Will my dog sleep alone or with other dogs?
This depends on their needs, your preference and how they get on with other residents.
My dog usually sleeps with me — is that possible?
Yes. If your dog needs it, they can sleep with the night dog concierge, subject to availability. We do our best... but with 9 dogs on the bed, it can get a bit sporty. 😉
How far in advance should I book?
It depends on the period. School holidays: ideally 2 months in advance, subject to availability. Outside busy periods: a stay can sometimes be booked from one day to the next, subject to availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in and check-out are fully flexible, at the time that suits you, whether it's 3 a.m. or 11 p.m. You simply need to organise it with the team in advance.
Do you let dogs off lead during walks?
No. For safety reasons, dogs are never off lead, even if they are used to it.
Where do the walks take place?
During the day, walks take place in the Bois de Vincennes area on the Saint-Mande side. In the evening, around 10 p.m., they are neighbourhood walks. Once again, we adapt to you and to the dog's age and temperament. For dogs who prefer neighbourhood walks only, that is absolutely possible.
Are walks done in groups?
No. Walks are done alone, or with two dogs maximum if they share the same pace and get along perfectly.
Will I get updates about my dog during the stay?
Of course. A dedicated WhatsApp group is created from the integration day and kept for the whole stay to share photos, updates and key moments.
